The IRS was recently approved to hire contact representatives in select locations nationwide. These entry level customer service positions are vital to ensuring taxpayers have the support they need to meet their tax obligations. We are hosting both in-person or virtual events.
Prior to these events, we recommend you apply to the job announcement linked below next to the city you are interested in applying. This will allow us to pre-qualify you for the position, shortening the amount of time you spend at the event. During the event, we will make on-the-spot job offers to qualified attendees, and complete fingerprinting. We look forward to meeting you!
